Yoga for Golfers with Eliakim Warren
Yoga for Golfers can bring maximum performance along with a balanced life! Through this Yoga for Golfer’s Workshop we will help you: •Discover and correct your body’s limitations that contribute to swing flows. •Work on stability, balance and flexibility to improve your mobility and swing consistency. •Improve postural issues by working on alignment. Alignment is extremely important when working on your golf swing. Faulty movement patterns may lead to injury so learn proper alignment through this series. •Develop core strength through yoga postures which will also increase your range of motion resulting in greater distance, accuracy and strength on the golf course.
Wednesday nights: February 4th – 18th ~ 7:35pm – 8:30pm.
$50 for 3 week series. Drop in rate option: $18 per class.
