Abs Blast for Yogis: A Core Strengthening Workshop with Julia Paddison

Anyone who has taken Julia’s class knows that she believes core work is an important part of your yoga practice. The stronger your core, the stronger your practice! With a strong core, you will find every yoga pose a little easier to access, and this workshop will help you understand how core strength can take your practice to a new level.

In this two hour workshop, Julia will lead you through a series of poses which encourage core engagement while learning to use your core strength to balance on your hands or even on your head! This workshop is for all levels.
