Barre45 class is a lively, upbeat workout that fuses ballet, Pilates, and yoga into one supercharged 45-minute session! Get ready to pulse, plié, and stretch your way to stronger, leaner muscles—all while having a blast. Using the ballet barre for support, you’ll tackle fun, isometric moves that sculpt your arms, legs, glutes, and core. Expect energizing music, positive vibes, and a supportive community that keeps you motivated. Whether you’re new to fitness or a seasoned pro, barre class is a playful, feel-good way to boost your strength and flexibility!
Barre45 Booty Burn
Booty Burn Barre is 45 minutes of low-impact, high repetition isometric movements that engage muscles and work them to exhaustion with a twist. Expect dynamic combinations of movements that keep your booty engaged the entire time as you move through arms, legs and ab sections. Think: all of your favorite signature barre moves brought to the next level and combined together for an intense, booty sculpting, energy boosting class. Socks are optional for class.
Barre45 Strength
Get ready to shake, sculpt, and strengthen! This low-impact, high-burn class combines barre-inspired movements with strength training to target your legs, glutes, arms, and core. Expect larger movements, heavier weights, and plenty of pulses to build strength, endurance, and muscle tone. Come ready to feel the burn and leave stronger!
Pilates Fusion
A dynamic 45-minute Pilates based mat workout designed to build strength, flexibility, and balance. This energizing class blends classic pilates mat exercises with functional movement for a total-body workout. Light weights and other props will be used to enhance these exercises and add an extra challenge. All levels are welcome! All props are provided for class including mats.
Heated Pilates Sculpt
Get ready to sweat and sculpt! This 45-minute class blends Pilates-based strength work with flowing sculpt sequences to target your core, glutes and upper body. Light weights and props add intensity, while the heated room helps boost mobility, endurance, and sweat. All levels welcome – but if you’re new to Pilates, we recommend starting with Pilates Fusion first. Room heated to mid-80’s.
Power Flow
Our signature 60 minute power yoga classes are challenging and empowering, focusing on linking breath to movement and finding strength both physically and mentally. You can expect an invigorating flow that builds strength and vitality while focusing on alignment and breath. We invite all levels of yoga experience to grow, strengthen, connect and inspire one another as you explore new postures and grow your practice. All you need to bring is a bottle of water and a mat. Please note we do not offer towels.
