Mindful Yoga
This class is designed for men and women, young and old, experienced or not. Janet Ries Stern will lead students through a slow flow yoga practice that is accessible for all level of practitioner.
The class starts in seated meditation with intentional breathing, slowly builds to standing and balance poses, returns to the floor for core strengthening, a long savasana, finishing with another seated meditation.
This class is designed for a deeper exploration of breath and movement than is possible in a shorter time frame and will leave you feeling like you’ve been on a retreat for an entire week!Please feel free to drop in or preregister. There is a small discount if you register in advance.
