“To The Core” Barre Intensive

Join Julie for a 75-minute barre intensive that will go straight “to the core” of all your favorite exercises. This 75-minute class will have you engaging your core even more during arms, thighs, and seat work. Extra time is built in to work all of your abdominal muscles through focused exercises.
