We are excited to announce the launch of the Focus Fitness Book Club! Quarterly we will choose a book that’s relevant to our practice in the studio and what is going on in our daily lives.
Our first selection is The Four Agreements, by Don Miguel Ruiz. In this best selling book, Ruiz gives four principles to practice in order to create love and happiness in your life.
In December, each Focus Fitness studio will host a class & book club meeting to discuss this season’s selection. Check back here for updates about classes and meetings. We can’t wait to discuss and learn from our amazing community.
