Cycling indoor and out, is one of the recommended cross training exercises recommended for runners.
This Workshop will incorporate challenging hill workouts that will make you stronger and able to tackle the hills during your running. Incorporating spinning with your running training will be an essential component of your running success. You will feel rested and ready to complete your more difficult running workouts. Fee – $25.00
