Maggie brings her passion for fitness and a lifetime of dance training to her classes at BFF. Maggie first discovered barre classes as a student at Johns Hopkins University, where she studied public health. Trained from a young age in ballet, jazz, tap, and contemporary, Maggie spent her entire childhood (and a lot of her college life) in the dance studio, and was subsequently thrilled to find a workout that incorporates that technique to truly transform your body. She hopes her students leave class feeling leaner, stronger, and empowered! Maggie has loved being a part of the BFF community since she attended her first class, and is excited to be able to share that enthusiasm with her own students.
